Nice double room to let

Firstly thank you for taking your time to read this posting. i have a room available for rent.. the room is a double room, Just Re-Decorated, with wardrobe, chest of drawers, side cabinet, double bed, carpeted. there is also wireless internet connection available. the house is a three bed-roomed property. located on a quiet private estate. the house is decorated in a very modern manor, with a brand new fitted kitchen including dish washer. the house has central heating and also double glazed windows, so in those colder month the room always remains warm. I am looking for someone who is honest, trustworthy and most importantly a very well mannered and friendly person, that i am able to get along with. i am also looking for someone who has a job, and do not accept any dss. I do realise that this advert is very short, however i am more than happy to answer any questions you may have that need answering. i look forward to hearing from you soon many thanks
