Double room in Balham

Hello! we are seeking two people to move into the house we are currently renting. the house is at E15, all local amenities on the doorstep. the house has just been referbished. it has three bathrooms, shower cubicals and a bath. a brand new kitchen, lounge and dining room. three bedrooms on the first floor and a futher bedroom in the loft conversion. all rooms are double. the house has wooden floorboards and cream walls. we would like to be able to spend nights in together watching films, but also enjoy our own space and privicy. we are both and tidy (we have to be! the house is brand spanking new!). we are both very friendly! we are looking for two other people to share this new house in this location. this house is in a perfect location for easy access to central london.
